1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through this system are considered confirmed once payment or registration is successfully completed.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

The Rangasthalam is solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, pricing, and fulfillment of services promised to participants.

3. Platform Fee

A platform fee will be collected on each booking as follows:

• For Indian phone numbers: 2% convenience fee + 2% transaction fee = 4% total
• For International phone numbers: 2% convenience fee + 4% transaction fee = 6% total

4. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior during events. The Rangasthalam reserves the right to remove any participant violating conduct guidelines.

5. Platform Developers

This booking system is developed and maintained by Zittle Technologies Private Limited.

6. Liability

Zittle acts only as a booking platform and is not liable for event execution, damages, or losses arising from organizer-participant interactions.

7. Policy Updates

Rangasthalam may update their terms; changes will be clearly communicated to participants prior to booking.
